Delivery and Returns

Delivery
Shipping will be shown at the checkout and is priced according to destination and weight.  We use a tracked service.
I aim to dispatch items within 2 working days, however I generally make them to order, and I try to get them into the post within 3 or 4 days, depending on how busy I am.  Personalised items will take up to an additional 10 days to dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  See below for our returns policy for faulty items and personalised items.

Terms and conditions:

  • Return shipping is your cost
  • All purchases must be from Stuffitoutdoors.com
  • Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery of your Stuffit products to arrange a return.
  • For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including unwashed.

Warranty
All Stuffit products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from purchase, as long as care guidelines have been followed.

Faulty items
Each order we dispatch is checked for quality.  In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, please send us an email at stuffitoutdoors@gmail.com or via chat on our website.

If items are deemed faulty, we will arrange a returns label to be sent to you and once the item is received back and checked, you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund. 

Personalised items
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.  We always try to ensure that the images of products on our website are as realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.
